Elizabeth Skeet Print E-mail

Elizabeth Skeet studied Art History at Winchester School of Art as a mature student and became interested in acquiring practical skills as a result, so went on to study Art and Design with the Open College of the Arts and sculpture with Carole Vincent in Boscastle.  She has exhibited with the Boscastle Group in Cornwall and in Hampshire and Surrey, and is a member of the Wessex sculptors.

Elizabeth's work is mainly abstract; she is inspired by the shapes created by movement and the structures of architecture and artefact, and prefers to work in metal.  Her interest in metal extends to making jewellery.
