James Sutton is a sculptor whose work is inspired by nature.  He interprets simple beautiful shapes in stone, wood or metal and attempts to bring them to the awareness of others.  James enjoys running workshops with adults, in schools, and with people with special needs.  He has recently completed courses in bronze casting and forged metal sculpture.  Public art commissions include the creation of a sculpture trail at a new health centre in Accrington, and sculptures for schools in Lincoln and Dorchester.
